The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in good condition. There are artist’s pinholes to the four corners and along the extreme right vertical edge. The horizontal edges are deckled. Minor shred at the extreme edges which can be observed with close inspection. The paper undulates slightly due to nature of the material. There are scattered handling marks and media accretions throughout, presumably partially occurring in the artist’s studio.
