The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected within its frame, therefore the sides could not be checked. Negligible cracks to the middle region of the paint surface, associated with a minute paint loss to the upper left corner tip, and associated with flaking near the lower extreme left edge. Faint abrasions, dirt marks, and accretion dots occasional to the paint surface, primarily to and near the extreme edges. When inspected under UV light, there is no sign of inpainting.
