Lot Essay

One of the rarest Omega seamasters, the present watch was manufactured in 1970, specially made for the UK Royal Navy. To meet the special demand for the military, the watch was designed differently from the regular Seamasters. They were delivered with fixed spring bars, dials were printed “T” illustrating the usual of tritium, and using sword-shaped hands for easier reading. Case backs were of course engraved with the Military codes and year of issues.

The present watch is fully confirmed with an Extract of the Archives from Omega and highly collectible with well preserved condition, a must-have example for any vintage Omega and military watches collectors.
