The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In good condition. The verso shows remains of glue at corners and around margins with which presumably the sheet was attached to an album or other support. A diagonal mark on the paper below the cat at center left.
