The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Good condition. Executed on laid paper. The paper has darkned, but the ink is in good condition. Two small losses by the upper margin at center. Two stains at right center. The paper was folded vertically along the center. Very small hole, visible only if lifting the sheet, near the group of trees on the right. Small tear by the left margin. On the versoare fragmentary remains of an old backing paper.
