The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet of paper is laid down on a thin canvas, the margins are irregular and the upper one is hinged to the mount on the verso. The paper is yellowed with some undulations and folds (especially an horizontal one at the center of the compostion). Some brown stains are visible on the surface and a tiny hole is visible on the lower right part of the sheet. The medium remains in overall good condition. Unframed.
