Still life with flowers in a porcelain vase on a draped table

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This panel is comprised of two vertically oriented boards. Viewed from the reverse, the left board measures 8 1/2 inches and the right measures approximately 10 inches. The paint layer is stable under a varnish that has yellowed slightly with age. In natural light minor repairs along the vertical grain and along the panel join are visible. Inspection under ultraviolet light revealed some straitening scattered in the flowers and minor retouches to the tablecloth. The painting presents well and is offered in a plain Dutch-style frame.
