silver-mounted rock crystal; each with attached wax seal and in its original gilt-tooled leather case; one of cartouche form with a paper label to the interior inscribed ‘S. Gaudentÿ I. Ep. Novar.’ (?) and to the reverse ‘Ex off.’ and the other in the form of a cross with filigree decoration
