The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The head emerging from the ball that the eagle is standing on is replaced. The cuts at the tops of the legs of the eagle are quote abrupt where the feathers end indicating the eagles feet and the ball might be later elements. With some larger chipped and broken losses to the carving overall, particularly, there are many areas of repaired losses to the carving to the gothic tracery. Some of the gothic spires repaired and some possible replaced. The spires with multiple areas of damage and with old, inactive worming. The stained octagonal base possibly associated.
