The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In excellent condition. For such a large and elaborately-carved piece of coral there are almost no losses or repairs, and appears to be one single piece of coral. With two small repaired breaks to the upper-most 'branches,' and only visible from the back side. There are some very small remnants of dried glue and evidence of in-painting near the two repaired breaks. Would benefit from a very light cleaning and would look dazzling. There are some drilled holes to the reverse, probably indicating there are some small missing elements to the reverse of the base, not evident from the front. Some tarnishing to the metal.
