The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- before the loss of one of the birds in the sky (indicative of Meder d impressions).
- trimmed to the borderline on all sides.
- a small wormhole in the wall above the head of the executioner.
- a small paper loss at the upper right sheet corner.
- a paper loss, circa 5 x 4 mm., at the lower right sheet corner.
- the left sheet corners also with tiny losses.
- some minor staining and foxmarks, mainly visible in the sky.
- the paper slightly broken and disturbed around the birds in the sky, as usual and inherent in the printing.
