The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the sheet thinly backed.
- trimmed within the platemark above and below, with thread margins elsewhere.
- a vertical printer's crease, across the sheet, across Christ' body and right of the cross.
- with the usual horizontal drying crease, with an associated horizontal fold.
- a few pale stains and minor foxing, mostly visible verso and in backlight.
- a couple of pinholes (backed) at the lower right sheet corner.
- with remains of old glue and paper fibres along the sheet edges verso.
- hinged at the upper sheet edges verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
