- a made up paper loss (20 x 30 mm.) at the upper left sheet corner.
- a smaller made-up paper loss (15 x 10 mm.) at the upper right sheet corner.
- another made-up paper loss (15 x 15 mm.) with associated short tear (circa 5 mm.) at the lower right sheet corner.
- a flattened vertical central fold, partially split and repaired.
- a few backed wormholes in places.
- some pale grid lines in pencil at lower left.
- two short vertical tears (circa 10 mm.) at the upper sheet edge (one associated with the central fold).
- a small brown stain at the lower sheet edge at left.
