Virgin and Child

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- trimmed within the platemark but outside the borderline.
- with the usual horizontal central fold.
- a horizontal printer's crease at lower left.
- some minor soft creases in places.
- a small paper flaw below the Virgin's neck.
- a couple of tiny plugged holes, one above the Virgin's knee, the other on the bird, with traces of red pigment.
- remains of old adhesive along sheet edges verso (due to removal of old tape).
- remains of old hinges at the upper sheet edge verso.
Otherwis as described and in good condition.
