The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- with margins.
- a circa 45 mm. slightly curved horizontal tear at the centre left sheet edge (in the blank above the trees), repaired.
- with the usual horizontal central fold, flattened, with a minor associated stain just above at left.
- some thin spots near the central fold at left, at the lower left and right edges and at the lower sheet edge.
- a few pinpoint foxmarks.
B. 100
- trimmed on the platemark, with thread margins in places,
- a diagonal hard crease across the lower left, circa 140 cm in length, flattened.
- with the usual, flattened horizontal central fold, mostly visible verso.
- another horizontal fold acorss the lower part of the sheet, also flattend and mostly visible verso, with a small associated repair at the left sheet edge.
- a small ink stain and inscription in the text border, some minor staining towards the lower sheet edge.
