The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- two short horizontal tears (measuring circa 12mm. and 8 mm. respectively) at the lower right sheet edge, both backed.
- a small brown stain in the text border at lower right, over the word 'lui'.
- a skilfully made-up paper loss at upper right sheet corner.
- a tiny paper loss at the lower right sheet corner.
- some minor foxing, mostly visible verso.
- a horizontal central fold, mostly visible verso.
- some old paper hinges at the right sheet corners on the reverse.
