The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with narrow margins.
- with a horizontal central drying fold, partially broken at the left sheet edge and backed with brown paper tape.
- touches of pen and ink in places, mostly along the fold and filling the gaps in the borderline.
- some pale scattered foxing.
- remains of old paper hinges at the upper and left sheet edge verso.
- a small patch of brown tape at the lower left corner verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
