- two long curved tears from the lower edge to the left and right edges (approx. measuring 200 and 120 mm., respectively), very skilfully repaired and barely visible recto.
- two other short skilfully repaired tears at the upper left and right sheet edges (40 and 30 mm., respectively).
- a small backed paper split at upper right.
- a few other short nicks along the sheet edges.
- the left sheet edge supported with paper paste.
- a few pale brown stains at lower left.
