- a tiny hole at the upper left of Pilate's head, a few tiny plugged holes in places.
- a short irregular paper split on the soldier's helmet at th left of Christ (approx. 1 cm.).
- the tip of the lower left corner made up (approx. 6 x 10 mm.).
- a few short, repaired tears in the margins, the longest at right, measuring approx. 15 mm., backed with Japan paper.
- some very pale time staining at the sheet edges.
- some minor pale pinpoint foxmarks and tiny stains in places.
- the upper sheet edge backed with a strip of paper.
- hinged at the left corners verso.
