The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- trimmed outside or just within the platemark on three sides, half of the lower tablet with the address of Statio trimmed off.
- a very skilful repair to a vertical split on the angels at left.
- a tiny repaired paper loss at the upper centre left.
- a couple of small foxmarks in places.
- a soft horizontal flattened fold.
