Two Etchings

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:

Circe
- trimmed on or fractionally inside the platemark but outside of the borderline
- window mounted at the sheet edges on the reverse
- a thin spot at the lower corners
Otherwise as described in the catalogue and in good condition, framed.

Nativity
- trimmed on the platemark but outside the borderline, partial thread margins above and below
- some unobtrusive foxmarks
- tipped to a support at places along the sheet edges verso
