The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Executed on laid paper. The paper is heavily discoloured overall. There is foxing across the entire surface of the sheet and clear staining, most evident in the two right-hand thirds of the paper. There a backed paper loss to the upper edge of the sheet. The paper has rubbed thin and there are restorations in the upper centre and centre of the sheet. The colours are faded, though the precise penmanship remains clear. This work would benefit from cleaning to remove the foxing and staining. Unframed.
