For another similar boxwood relief of Mary Magdalene, see Georg Laue’s catalogue for the NY TEFAF, Park Avenue Armory, New York, October, 2019. Schenk reliefs were also sold 7 December, 1994, Neumeister, Munich, lot 39 and 8 December, 1992, Sotheby’s, London, lot 114. There is also an ivory relief of this subject by Schenk in the Hamburg Museum, dated 1682.
