The FIFA World Cup 2026 Topps Final Halftime Show made history on 19 July 2026 as the first ever halftime show at a World Cup final. Produced by Global Citizen and curated by Chris Martin of Coldplay, the show was headlined by Madonna, BTS, Justin Bieber, Shakira and Burna Boy, and included performances by Electric Mayhem and the Muppets as well as the New York Philharmonic, Venezuela's Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra, and Iranian violinist Bijan Mortazavi under the baton of Gustavo Dudamel. The show concluded with a performance of "We Dance", an original song written and performed by Coldplay and the PS22 Chorus for the occasion.
The present sneakers from Justin Bieber's SKYLRK brand were worn by Bieber during his performance at the FIFA World Cup 2026 Topps Final Halftime Show, along with a green deconstructed shirt, white polo, baggy denim shorts and ribbed socks all also from his brand. This performance was the debut of the Matter Daddy line in this colorway from SKYLRK. After being introduced by Jason Sudeikis as his eponymous character from the TV show Ted Lasso, Bieber performed an acoustic version of his hit "Everything Hallelujah" while playing the guitar.
