Former England team captain, Alan Shearer, wanted to introduce Paddington to football and it only seemed natural to put him in his beloved Newcastle United kit. As a long term ambassador of NSPCC and ChildLine, Alan saw this as a fantastic opportunity to highlight the great work the charity does for young people in need, just like Paddington.
