The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board. A pinhole is to the lower left corner and left of center in a red passage, presumably a vestige of the artist's working process. A minute spot of faint hairline cracking is to the center lower edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
