The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheets are hinged at the upper corners to the backing board and undulate slightly. Soft creases are occasionally, visible under close inspection and presumably vestiges of the artist's working method. A minute dent is to the lower left edge of one of the sheets. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
