The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is affixed to the backing board. The two vellum sheets are attached with artist marking tape, and one piece of tape at the left upper edge is unadhered. Faint undulation and creasing is visible to the upper vellum sheet, presumably a vestige of the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
