The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is hinged in the upper corners to the underlying support. The right vertical edge is uneven. The sheet has yellowed slightly, particularly to the centre due to previous mounting. There are faint pinpoint foxing spots in places, predominantly to the lower horizontal edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
