The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged at the top horizontal edge on the reverse to its underlying mount. The sheet undulates slightly, primarily to the right vertical edge. There are artist’s pinholes at all four corners. There are two minute spots of foxing to the lower right corner and upper centre horizontal edge. There are soft handling creases in places, primarily to the lower left vertical edge and lower right corner.

La feuille est fixée au revers le long du bord supérieur. La feuille ondule légèrement, principalement vers le bord droit. Présence de trous de punaise de l'artiste aux quatre angles. Deux petits points de rousseurs dans le coin inférieur droit et au centre du bord supérieur. Légères traces de pliures par endroits principalement le long du bord gauche vers le bas et dans le coin inférieur droit.
