We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-the vase is made of three sections.
-cracks between the middle and lower section and the vase leans slightly.
- one eye of the two taotie masks on the lower section are missing with associated loss of lacquer to the diaper ground.
- some chips and knocks to the corners and edges, as well as some nicks to the raised decoration
- expected nicks and age cracks to the lacquer
