The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this pieces acquired after its initial manufacture.
The first vase:
-appears to be in overall good condition
The second vase:
-a few small glaze gaps on the interior of the mouth rim
The third vase:
-a few minor glaze gaps and a small firing flaw on the exterior of the vessel, which are inherent to manufacture
The fourth vase:
-restuck mouth chip with an associated hairline crack that extends down three-quarters of the neck
-another hairline crack that extends from the mouth rim
-the mouth rim and neck have been oversprayed
