We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

- small chips and nicks to the extremities and edges
- expected age cracks, wear and minute flaking to the gilt lacquer
- the emblem is missing
- mounted on a wood base, the underside has not been examined without the base
