The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this pieces acquired after its initial manufacture.
The first vase:
-glaze flake and two polished glaze flakes on the mouth rim
-two of the corners of the foot have restuck chips with associated overpainting
-firing crack on the base
The second vessel:
-a corner of the foot has been off and restuck
-firing crack to the edge of one of the handles
-firing flaws on the interior and exterior of the mouth rim
