A QIANGJIN AND TIANQI LACQUER DISPLAY CABINET
LATE 18TH CENTURY
The cabinet is divided into shelves of various sizes interspersed with two drawers, above two pairs of doors on the lower section. The doors and top are finely painted with peony scroll framed by archaistic scroll and floral meander. The whole is raised on thin vertical supports joined by a shaped apron.
24 in (61.2 cm.) high, 21 ¾ (55.3 cm.) wide, 7 1/8 in. (18.2 cm.) deep
