THREE CARVED RED OVERLAY GLASS BOTTLES
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The first is a translucent red overlay bottle on a transparent ground carved with prunus branches and a flowering tree on each side. The second is a translucent red overlay bottle on an bubble-suffused orange ground with pomegranate branches on one side and a peach and a bat on the other side. The third is a translucent pink overlay bottle on a bubble-suffused ground carved with squirrels and grapes.
2 3/4, 2 1/4 and 2 7/8 in. (7, 5.7 and 7.3 cm.) high, pink quartz and glass stoppers
