The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The warming bowl:
-a section of restoration with associated cracks on one side
-the sides and the top of the bowl have been sprayed with a clear coating
-there is the expected surface abrasion.
The dish:
-a section of restoration at the rim with associated hairlines to one side and one hairline crack to the side of the body
-the dish may have been submerged in sea water.
The jar:
-missing the lid and a few small firing cracks with associated hairlines, possibly original to manufacture
