TWO FAMILLE ROSE WALL DISHES
19TH CENTURY
One dish is enameled on the exterior with butterflies in flight amidst blossoming branches on a turquoise-ground, and the other with a bat above meandering lotus scroll, on a bright purplish-blue leafy ground. Each is inscribed with an apocryphal four-character Qianlong mark on the base.
