This extremely decorative clock is in overall very good condition.
The ormolu with some tarnish. The female figure with variations in tone to the patination, including a lacquered surface to her body which provides a nice contrast to the red tones of her robes.
The reverse of the figure with minor denting and scratches to the top section of her robe.
The gilt writing to the clock face with some rubbing, primarily to the area beneath the 'VI'.
The movement marked 'LEMERLE, CHARPENTIER/ FNT DE RBOZNES/ 167/ PARIS. The pendulum marked '167' and the key marked '6'.
The marble base with only minor 'nibbled' chips to some edges.
