The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

These vases mounted as lamps present extremely well.
Both with some light surface wear, marks, scratches consistent with age and handling.
The Imari vase with a restored break to the rim approximately 5 x 1¹⁄₂ in. deep, with slightly discoloured associated overpaint and small chipped loss. With a few further 'nibbled' chips to the rim and the circumference of the rim with traces old tape.
The cream-ground vase with traces of applied un-glazed handles, with small sections now lacking and cut off by fitment at top. The wood base with a very shallow chip to the border. Please note that the vase has not been examined outside of the mount.
Electrical components are not complete and must be reconditioned prior to use, regardless of whether the lot is shown lit or in working condition in the catalogue. We strongly advise that the item is reconditioned by an appropriately qualified electrician.
