The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Three sheets printed with the Boyd family tree, the sheets previously taped together to form a whole, now loose, the old tape stains to edges and some surface loss to paper where the tape was removed, each sheet folded in half. One sheet with Clapton inscription in ink to one half, old tape stain along left edge, nicks to lower edge and creasing throughout, age toning to paper, grubby smudges and fingersoiling to surface, the inscription a little smudged and discoloured.
