One vertical and one horizontal fold, but has been stored flat for some time, strip of paper loss to upper edge where the sheet was poorly torn from a notepad, minor nicks to edges, dog-ears to corners, light creasing throughout, fingersoiling predominantly to edges, a few minor smudges to handwriting, a few faint brownish stains to lower portion.
