The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
One vertical and one horizontal fold with light perpendicular creasing along folds, light corner bumps and light creases throughout, some age toning and light staining verso, which is very faintly visible recto at upper left corner. Inconsistent strength of ink, probably due to the original ballpoint pen running low on ink, however the handwriting remains clear and legible.
