Eric Clapton played lead guitar on Roger Waters first solo studio album The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking, recorded between February and December 1983 and released in April 1984, afterwards joining Waters as guitarist on the 1984 portion of the subsequent tour in support of the album.
