The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The two Christmas cards appear to be semi-gloss photographic prints on double-weight paper, one of which laid to board, with creasing and fine emulsion cracks, nicks to edges and bumps to corners, fine surface abrasions, one with wipe marks and blemishes and some silvering, pinholes to edges, each with Christmas message handwritten in black felt pen verso.
