Gelatin silver print, mounted to board by the photographer's studio and roughly trimmed to left edge. Hand retouching to image. Condition consistent with age and handling. Soft corners, with areas of surface loss to lower corners, the largest 1 x 0.5 in. A 1.5 in. old tape stain with small remnant of tape to right edge. A 0.5in. mounting crease to upper edge. General nicks to edges, surface scratches and light soiling, and a few spots of crackling to emulsion. Age toning to board verso, with surface loss to board verso where old tape or adhesive has been removed.
