The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-There is a hairline to the mouth measuring approx. 0.5 cm.
-There is a firing crack on the base and a burst bubble on the body near a peony leaf, all original to the manufacture.
-There is a stained scratch on the body approx 4 cm., and some minor wear to the glaze as can be expected.
