The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Agate covered vase:
-Both vase and cover have minute nicks to the edges and extremities, as can be expected.
-Some minor natural fissures can be seen in the stone.
Cover:
-There are chips to several corners, many of them have been slightly polished, the largest measuring approx. 0.8 cm. wide.
-There are two bruises to the joints of the dragon.
Vase:
-There are three bruises to the rims just above the foot ring. One has an associated hairline, measuring approx. 3 cm. long.
-There are a few tiny shallow chips and nicks to the foot rim. One has been polished.
Jade washer
-In good overall condition with the exception of a few minute nicks and bruises to the edges and extremities, as can be expected.
Jade spoon:
-In good overall condition with the exception of a small area which has been slightly polished, measuring approx. 0.5 cm. wide.
