The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Cover:
-There are four tiny chips to the mouth rim.
-There are a few conjoined nicks to the rim of the cover, measuring approx. 4 cm. wide.
-There are expected rubbing to the red enamels.
-There are some glaze pulls to the surfaces which are original to manufacture.
Teabowl:
-There are a few minute nicks to the foot rim.
-There is a 0.4 cm. shallow chip and a few minute glaze nicks to the mouth rim.
-There are some glaze pulls to the surfaces which are original to manufacture.
