The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Three soft-paste cups
-All in good overall condition with the exception of one has a 0.3 cm. hairline and a 0.2 cm shallow chip to the mouth rim.
Cups with four-character marks
-All in good overall condition.
Cups with six-character marks
Cup A:
-There is a hairline to the mouth rim, measuring approx. 1 cm.
Cup B:
-There are some glaze lines and two hairlines to the mouth rim, measuring approx. 2.3 cm. and 2.5 cm. respectively.
Cup C:
-There is a 0.5 cm. hairline with an associated glaze line run down to the base.
-There are a few glaze lines associated with crackles, which are original to manufacture.
Cup D:
-There is a short hairline to the mouth rim, measuring approx. 0.4 cm.
